Warranty for Rc Cars Product

To protect your rights and interests, we offer comprehensive after-sales warranty services to ensure you receive timely and effective support during use.
- 1. Warranty Period
1.1 Customers with valid purchase receipts: The warranty period for motors, ESCs and car models is 9 months from the date of purchase. During this period, if the product experiences quality issues due to non-human factors, customers are eligible for free repair services.
1.2 Customers unable to provide valid proof of purchase: The warranty period is based on the production date, with a warranty period of 9 months. During this period, if the product experiences quality issues due to non-human factors, users are eligible for free repair services.
1.3 The production batch serial number on the product must be clearly legible (not missing, damaged, soiled, or altered).
- 2. Exemption Clauses
The product is not eligible for free warranty under any of the following circumstances:
2.1 The warranty period has expired.
2.2 The customer has made unauthorized modifications to the product, such as disassembly, modification of unnecessary settings, or replacement of parts, resulting in damage to the product's performance or malfunction.
2.3 The customer has not followed the product manual and has engaged in improper behavior, such as incorrect wiring, unreasonable configuration, misuse, abuse, or exposure of non-waterproof products to liquids, resulting in product damage or inability to function normally.
2.4 The customer has not maintained or serviced the equipment in accordance with regulations, resulting in equipment malfunction or damage.
2.5 The product was not purchased through the manufacturer's direct sales or authorized channels.
- 3. MaintenancePrinciples
3.1 Post-sales replacement: In cases where the circuit board is irreparably damaged, a new product will be provided as a replacement.
3.2 Power plug: We do not accept returns for plug replacement services.
3.3 Packaging materials: No additional packaging boxes will be provided for repairs.
3.4 Model change: Model change is not available, for those that can’t not be repaired, replacement provided with same model.
3.5 Scratches on the shell: Minor scratches may occur during the repair process, but they do not affect the functionality of the product. After repair, the repair department will clean the shell as much as possible before returning it.
3.6 Product Labels: Some users purchase labeled products through dealers. After repair, the housing will be replaced, and since our company does not have dealer labels, we will affix the manufacturer's label before returning the product.
- Paid Repair Services
For products beyond the warranty period or damaged due to human error, we offer paid repair services. Based on the extent of the damage, we will assess whether repair is feasible. If repair is possible, we will charge for component costs, labor fees, and shipping costs. Specific fees will be quoted by our sales representatives, and after mutual agreement, paid repair services can be provided with a warranty period of no more than 60 days (calculated from the date the repaired product is returned). For products that have been discontinued, lack repair materials, or are too severely damaged to be repaired, we cannot provide repair services.
- Warranty Process
5.1 Contact After-Sales Service: If customers discover abnormal product performance and confirm through careful inspection that the product is damaged, they should directly contact our after-sales service personnel (via phone, email, online customer service, etc.).
5.2 Assess the Cause: Customer service personnel will contact you as soon as possible to understand the fault situation and guide you through preliminary troubleshooting. If repair is necessary, an after-sales service engineer will be arranged.
5.3 Confirm the solution: After-sales engineers will analyze the fault and develop a feasible repair plan, including online guidance, factory repair, replacement of parts, or software upgrades.
5.4 Factory repair: Please include your full name, contact information, shipping address, and a description of the returned product in the package (please ensure contact information is provided to avoid any communication issues). Upon receiving your product, the after-sales service engineer will conduct testing and repairs. (If the product requires repair, it will typically be completed within 7 business days.) If the product cannot be repaired, we will replace it with a new product of the same model.
5.5 Return After Repair: Once the repair is complete, we will promptly notify you and return the product to you for use confirmation. We will also conduct a follow-up call to assess your satisfaction.
5.6 Shipping Costs:
5.6.1 Mainland China: For products eligible for warranty, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost to send the product to MAD. MAD will cover the shipping cost to return the repaired product to the customer.
5.6.2 Regions outside Mainland China: Regardless of whether the product is under warranty, the customer is responsible for both ways of shipping costs. We recommend contacting your local authorized dealer to arrange for centralized factory repairs to save on expensive courier fees and bank transaction fees.
5.6.3 All shipping costs incurred for software upgrades performed by our company on behalf of the customer shall be borne by the customer.
Note: When returning products for repair, please choose a reputable courier company (overseas customers may choose DHL, FedEx, or UPS). After shipping, please proactively contact our after-sales service personnel to facilitate timely receipt and processing.
- Important Notes
6.1 During the warranty period, please keep the purchase receipt properly to provide proof when needed.
6.2 If the fault is caused by factors outside the warranty scope (such as human damage or unauthorized disassembly/repair), we will provide paid repair services. Please consult customer service for fees.
6.3 Please do not disassemble or repair the product yourself, as this may affect your warranty rights.
6.4 The final interpretation of these service terms and conditions is reserved by MAD Components Co., Ltd. Any updates to the terms and conditions will not be notified separately.
